5. Original Brand Packaging & Attachments Requirement

All items must be returned in their original condition and brand packaging. This includes:

• Official Apparel Bags: Any brand zip-lock plastic covers must be intact and undamaged.
• Equipment & Custom Packaging: For combat equipment and gear, all original boxes, custom covers, instructions, product tags, manual inserts, and included attachments must be returned complete.

6. Management Discretion

BSM IMPEX LLP reserves the sole right to accept or decline any exchange or return request after evaluating the product's condition and compliance with our policy guidelines.

7. Pre-Return Authorization & Issue Reporting

Before shipping any product back for a size exchange or a refund (in cases where your required size is out of stock), you must first submit a request by emailing info@bsmimpex.com .

• Required Details: Please state your order number, the reason for exchange, and the specific size required.
• Manufacturing Defects: If you are reporting a damaged or defective item, you must attach clear photos or videos showing the defect in your email for review.

Unscheduled returns sent without prior email authorization will not be processed.
